Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day free trial needs no credit card, and it grants full Business-level access so you can try everything.
How long does the first-year launch pricing last?
New subscriptions started through October 20, 2026 get the displayed whole-dollar price for their first 12 paid months — on Solo or Business, monthly or annual. After that your plan renews at the standard price ($19/$39 monthly, $180/$384 annual). The price is applied automatically at checkout; there's no code to enter.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is self-service and as easy as signup — no phone call, no dark patterns.
What happens to my books if I cancel?
They're yours. One-click full export — a SQLite file plus CSVs — works on any plan and keeps working even after you cancel. We never hold your books hostage.
What's the difference between Solo and Business?
Solo covers a single marketplace channel with Schedule C output. Business adds multiple channels, Form 1120-S, Form 1120 and Form 1065 reports, owner's-basis (Form 7203) output, scheduled auto-sync, and the autopilot Overview. Your trial runs at the Business level.
Is this tax software?
No. BucketBooks organizes your books for filing — it doesn't compute taxes, tell you what you owe, or file for you. Confirm the numbers with your tax professional.
Do you connect to Amazon and Walmart automatically?
Today you import your settlement report file, and BucketBooks reconciles it against your bank deposits. One-click direct marketplace feeds are on the roadmap, not live yet.
