Stuck on something? Write to us.

Email support@bucketbooks.app and you'll get a straight answer from the people who build BucketBooks. We typically reply within one business day.

What we can help with

Subscription, billing, and refunds

Questions about your plan, an invoice you don't recognize, or a refund. You can also change or cancel your plan yourself in Settings → Subscription — leaving is never harder than joining.

Account and sign-in

Trouble signing in, changing the email on your account, or closing it. Writing from the address on your account helps us find your books faster.

Bank connections

Bank links run through Plaid and are read-only. If a connection stops updating or an account won't link, tell us the bank and what you're seeing.

Transactions and categorization

A transaction in the wrong bucket, a rule that isn't firing, or a category you can't find. A screenshot usually turns two emails into one.

Settlements, reports, and exports

Importing Amazon and Walmart settlement reports, reconciling a payout to the bank deposit that paid it, or getting your books out as a full export.

Feature requests and feedback

Tell us what's missing or what got in your way. We read every one, and seller requests are what decide the order things get built.

Who you're writing to

BucketBooks is built and operated by Aphiliate Network, Inc. Support is answered by the same people who write the product — there's no outsourced help desk in between, and no ticket queue to escalate through.

How to reach us

  • Email is the way. support@bucketbooks.app reaches us directly. Writing from the address on your account helps us find your books faster.
  • Already signed in? The contact form inside BucketBooks attaches your account details, so you don't have to describe your setup before anyone can help.
  • What to expect. A reply within one business day, from someone who knows the product. A screenshot of what you're seeing often means you only have to write once.
  • One thing we can't do. BucketBooks organizes your books for filing; it doesn't compute taxes or give tax advice. For what you owe, talk to your tax professional.
